Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against some of the most top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
